The art of reflection Part 3

As i continued to build with my recycled clay, it became instinct to build each sculpture after the time I had spent reflecting on who they each are.

The process of this sculpture was started by experimentation of shapes and labs on plaster molds
It became a process of trial and error that added more meaning to the piece.

It became an experience of problem solving, of fighting frustration, taking time to breath and to reacess what i was building, and of preceverance. I had to build and fix the structure completely 5 times throughout my journey of completing it.
But the vision was there for my friend who is a quiet person, gradually coming out of her shell more each day. Though she may sometimes feel insecure, her greatest strength lies in her willingness to try new things and help others. Those who do not know her might not see her strength, but it is rooted in her persistence. At first glance, she may seem fragile, but once you get to know her, you will see the fire inside her—a fire that drives her to protect herself and those she calls friends. Her openness to explore and learn makes her fiercer with each passing day. She is a great listener, and fun person to be around.
The beauty and the growth of the process and the visuals helped represent my friend
