Sometimes everything flows perfectly on the wheel… until it doesn’t. But that’s part of the story. The most meaningful work isn’t the first thing you make — it’s what comes after countless tries. Each piece is proof of your resilience, strength, and love for the craft. The bumps along the way are not failures — they are lessons shaping the artist you’re becoming.

What has been your greatest struggle in your journey?

The wheel turns, and the clay listens. A new form begins to breathe — a pitcher shaped by motion, rhythm, and patience.

Reset day at the studio. We’re taking all the discarded clay and giving it a new opportunity at life. From slop to workable clay, soon it’ll be in students’ hands—ready to become something magical.

Had a throwing session today. I love taking a simple ball of clay to the wheel and turning it into something new. Each rotation brings me closer to the final piece. It’s become a form of therapy for me—helping me release the negative and focus on all the positivity still to come.
